Cities already collect vast amounts of data. TWINVERSE turns it into decisions, through AI-enhanced digital twins that simulate the future, weigh the trade-offs and surface the fairest path forward. Planners can see the likely effect of an intervention before committing public money to it.
Every TWINVERSE service is designed to be explainable, inclusive and accountable. AI supports human decision-makers; it does not replace them. Citizens keep clear control over how their data is used, and the project follows European values and the EU AI Act throughout.
